Objective Connect now allows Workgroup Administrators to easily extract a list of the audit events recorded for their Workgroup during a specific period.
In a single step, you can specify a start date and duration, and export the audit records to a csv file. You can then use a tool of your choice to interrogate and report on the information.
You can use the audit event information to find out things like:
- Who downloaded a Document and when?
- What Documents did Aaron share between 14th and 21st November 2014?
- Did all the invited participants join the Share and download the Document?
- When was Amie invited to the Share?
To extract your audit data:
