Objective Connect Reporting allow administrators to to view the Share titles and organisation domains being shared to, by members of their organisation. With this new functionality the administratior can select a Share from a report and view that Share as a participant would see it. This means they can view and open all documents as well as seeing the complete list of email addresses that can access the documents.

If for any reason the administrator needs to make a change or end the Share, they have the ability to Take Ownership of the Share and become the Share Owner allowing them to perform all actions that the Share Owner has access too. The old Share Owner becomes a normal participant in the Share and could therefore be removed by the administrator.
Giving Ownership
Coming soon is the ability to pass the ownership of the Share to a different member of your organisation. There are many reasons why you may wish to do this: for example to allow them to invite participants and add documents to a read only Share.
