Objective Connect makes it super easy to share information on an ad-hoc basis, or as part of an organisational business scenario. Many project teams and business units are using Objective Connect to make their business processes more efficient.

As a result we have created new features in Connect to enable the effective management of information sharing using Objective Connect whether that's by a project team within an organisation, a small group of users administering a major business process or an entire organisation.

Objective Connect has now introduced two new Editions designed specifically for business use and providing the following benefits:

• A team or organisation's Connections quota (the amount that you can share - more information on Connections) is pooled and available to members of the team, or organisation that are using Objective Connect
• An Administrator can add or remove individuals from the Objective Connect Workgroup Account as and when they choose through a new User Administration interface
• There is now no limit to the number of users an Administrator can add to their Objective Connect Workgroup Account - the limit is on the number of Connections used by the members of the Workgroup
• Administrators are kept informed of their Team or Organisations Connection usage and prompted should they require more

Administrators can also brand Shares created by their users by uploading an image directly into the Connect Workgroup Administration interface which is displayed as folder icon. Administrators can also assign roles to other members of the team.

The Admin role is used to manage the members of your Workgroup and allows you to:

• Invite new members into the Workgroup
• Disable members to prevent them from logging into Objective Connect
• Remove members from your Workgroup
• Allow members to access Reporting
• Allow members to have Admin rights
• Update the Workgroup icon

The Reporting role is used to administer the Shares in the Workgroup and allows you to:

• Access Objective Connect's reporting capability, where you can view all the Shares in the Workgroup
• Take ownership of Shares, in cases where users are deactivated or suspended

These Workgroup Management features are available as part of both the Workgroup and Enterprise Editions of Objective Connect.
