Our latest release sees us further protecting the security of your Objective Connect account.
Browser "save password" features are now blocked for objectiveconnect.com and you will need to enter your password each time if you were using these capabilities. This removes the risk of people being able to access your account from your own local computer or device.
This change follows the recommendations of the Australian Government's ISM.

This is a good idea. Just had a discussion about this and also the password length of 12 char. At first, our Share users expressed consternation about a 12 char password, but in fact, because there is no requirement for special characters or complexity, they are easier to enter, especially on portable devices. We now promote the use of longer passwords, and use phrases with spaces between the words. Try it! compare the time it takes to type "fly me to the moon" with "fL1m3tothem00n"
