Objective Connect now saves your view preferences. Once you've set how you want to view your Shares or Share contents - in ascending order of creation date, say - they'll stay in that order until you change it again, even if you log out. So if you prefer a certain sort order, or want to view your Shares in a grid rather than a list, you won't need to change your preferences again. Read more

We have now made it easier and faster to find specific Shares in your account. We've added a finder to Objective Connect that can give you the one Share you're looking for from across all of the Shares you own and participate in. Read more

Profile pictures are now easier and faster to create - you can upload a picture from your computer directly to Objective Connect. Just click on your profile picture to browse for an image, or drag-and-drop one from your desktop. There's no need to set up an account with a third party, so you can continue to trust Objective Connect to keep your information safe. Read more

It's now possible to preview your media assets directly within Objective Connect without having to save them locally. Either click on the icon next to the document title or select Preview from the action menu to open the preview. Read more

Objective Connect Reporting allow administrators to to view the Share titles and organisation domains being shared to, by members of their organisation. With this new functionality the administratior can select a Share from a report and view that Share as a participant would see it. This means they can view and open all documents as well as seeing the complete list of email addresses that can access the documents. Read more

If you've forgotten your Objective Connect password recently you may have inadvertently discovered one of you latest security improvements called password lockout. What this means is if anyone attempts to log into your account and fails five times in a row during a five minute period, then your account will become locked for 15 minutes. Read more
